This is the first year of an expansive traditional high school study to prepare the student with the skills and logic
to develop a Christian World View. The curriculum, developed by Dr. David Quine, runs with two tracks in
the workbook. The first tract is the Biblical World View and the second tract is the Greco-Roman World
View, with both tracts covering the historical periods of Ancient Rome through the Middle Ages. The student
will be reading and discussing the Bible as well as the writings of Frances Schaeffer, St. Augustine, and St. Thomas Aquinas
to name a few of the classical theologians that will be read in this course. In the Greco-Roman tract the
student will be reading and discussing such men as; Homer, Socrates, Aristotle, and Plato. The student
will be reading and discussing such classical literature as; The Iliad and The Odyssey, Plato’s Republic,
The Aeneid, and The City of God. This class will meet weekly for two hours. The

Year
two is divided into two parts with two workbooks, this curriculum was developed by David Quine of Cornerstone Curriculum.
Part II workbook begin with the Renaissance period and a study of the men and their ideas of that age, and then moves to the
Reformation Period and a study of the men and their ideas of that age. The student will be reading from a diverse
group of men such as, Milton, John Calvin, Dante, John Bunyan, Francis Schaeffer. Part III workbook begins with
a study of the revolutionary Age, with a study of the American, French, and Russian Revolutions. The student will be
reading from such authors as Machiavelli, Blackstone, Locke, Paine, Tocqueville, and Carl Marx. The year ends with
an introduction to the Scientific Age and the 21st century to be completed in year three. This class meets for two hours
