Exploring Creation With Physical Science 2nd Edition book set (Test solution
and Manual) Apologia Curriculum provides a detailed introduction to the physical environment and some of the
basic laws that make it work. The fairly broad scope of the book provides the student with a good understanding of the earth's
atmosphere, hydrosphere, and lithosphere. It also covers details on weather, motion, Newton's Laws, gravity, the solar
system, atomic structure, radiation, nuclear reactions, stars, and galaxies. We will perform at least one experiment
per class. A test after each module is completed will be given. The student must spend a minimum of one hour per day
reading, answering problems or studying for test. . A $25 lab fee/semester due July & January. Tuition is $450.00

Stresses the applications of chemistry and notes the development of organized problem solving
while teaching atomic structure, bonding, stoichiometry, nomenclature, kinetic theory, and solutions. Pre-requisite
is Algebra II completed or currently taking. The course includes weekly hands-on lab and grading service.
Each week students will complete assigned reading
and homework assignments at home. We will meet for class once a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes to turn
in homework, ask questions over the previous week’s assignment and conduct a hands-on lab investigation that will reinforce
the concepts covered in the lecture and reading. Students will need to purchase the Bob Jones text and
lab manual and the lectures on CD from Dr. Shormann. Text can be ordered online directly from
Bob Jones Press or purchased from your local homeschool store. Tuition: $45/month for 10 months;
